12 x 12 in 2012 challenge

I've decided to take on the 12 x 12 in 2012 challenge. I think it's a great idea. More information about the challenge is here.

Writing a picture book a month is what I set out to do a year ago, but that fell by the wayside because I did not have a way to get feedback and didn't know how to make progress in this field.

I've written about a half-dozen stories, and I have other stories in various levels of completion from bare concepts to clunky first attempts. I'm wondering how much of this earlier work can be brought into the challenge.
